Culture and Sport Glasgow is the organisation responsible for delivering cultural and sports services in the City of Glasgow.

Scotland secures 2013 UCI Junior Track Cycling World Championships
Scotland has secured the 2013 UCI Juniors Track Cycling World Championships. The news was announced on Friday 29 January at the Cyclo-Cross World Championships in Tabor, Czech Republic.

Aye Write! 5 to 13 March
The Aye Write! Book Festival returns to The Mitchell Library for its 5th fantastic year. This year's eclectic line up includes Germaine Greer, David Dimbleby, William Boyd, Elaine C Smith and Wallace & Gromit.

Royal seal of approval for refurbished Scotstoun Stadium
Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal officially opened the newly refurbished Scotstoun Stadium on Thursday 14 January. The stadium has recently undergone an £18 million redevelopment.

Why 10K? Five new faces launch the UK’s largest women’s 10K
The Ignis Asset Management Women’s 10K was launched on Thursday 7 January by four ‘ordinary’ women who have been chosen from hundreds to front the Why 10K? campaign.
