Option B: Day Rate (Thu and Fri) £140*
Option C: Day Rate (Thu or Fri) £75*
Option D: Day Rate (Thu including social function) £150
Option E: Student Day Rate** (Thu and Fri) £80*
Option F: Student Day Rate** (Thu or Fri) £45*
* Rate does not include social function

Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be sent in writing to commonwealthconference@csglasgow.org
Fees:
Cancellations received before 1 May 2008 – an administration fee of £50 will be charged. The administration fee on the Student fee options will be £30.
Cancellations received on or after 1 May 2008 – the full charge will be applied.
Hotel Accommodation
The Hotel will deduct the following charges from your credit card based on the cancellation dates below:
- on or before 13 May 2008 – no charge will be made.
- on or before 26 May 2008 – 50% of your full stay.
- on or before 2 June 2008 – 75% of your full stay.
- After 2 June – 100% of your full stay.
The hotel will endeavour to re-let the bedrooms and a reduction in the cancellation fee will be made in the event that the hotel is successful in doing so.
