Museum of Transport to close in April
Glasgow's much loved Museum of Transport will close its doors for the final time on 18 April 2010.  By the time it shuts, it will have welcomed well over 10 million visitors since it moved to its current location in 1988.

Aye Write!  5 to 13 March

The Aye Write! Book Festival returns to The Mitchell Library for its 5th fantastic year. This year's eclectic line up includes Germaine Greer, David Dimbleby, William Boyd, Elaine C Smith and Wallace & Gromit.
