The scheme awards grants to individual Glasgow-based artists towards costs involved in researching and creating new work.

Open to Glasgow-based artists only, applicants may be any age and at any stage in their career but must be outwith full-time education.

All applicants will be expected to demonstrate how funding would be used to develop their practice.

Grants will not be awarded retrospectively.

The deadlines for applications are 31st May and 30th November 2008.

Grants of up to £1,000 are available.
