Can anyone register for online bookings?
Yes, as long as you have a ‘Pay As You Go’ or ‘Fitness Unlimited’ membership, an e-mail address and a card like the one pictured below with a barcode on it. If your card looks different please bring your old card to reception at your nearest centre and it will be replaced for free:

How do I register for online bookings?
You just need to complete a form by following the link on the online booking login page and within a day or two, we’ll reply with your login details so that you can get started.



How do I get a ‘Pay As You Go’ or ‘Fitness Unlimited’ membership?
Membership is available by completing a form at any of our centres. If you want a Fitness Unlimited membership, you can make an appointment to discuss the options with a membership advisor by phoning 0800 0 270 470 or filling in our online form.



Can I pay for my booking online?
Yes, if the activity you are booking is not already included in your membership, you will need to pay online by credit or debit card to confirm your booking. You can also pay in advance for a booking you've already made by phone or in person.



Can I cancel my booking online?
Yes - please do – you’ll free space up for someone else! You can use the online bookings system to cancel bookings that haven’t been paid for, or are included in your membership. This can be done even if the booking was made by phone or in person. Simply click on “View my bookings” and then on the ‘dustbin’ icon. PLEASE NOTE: You can’t cancel bookings once they’ve been paid for. Please take time to read our cancellation policy on our terms and conditions page.



Can I book online 24 hours a day?
Bookings cannot be made between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 03:00 a.m. Our database is unavailable during these hours, allowing us time to back up the system and perform maintenance.



What is the latest I can book an activity before its start-time?
You can book online up to fifteen minutes before the court or class time.



How many days ahead of an activity can I book it online?
You can book up to seven days in advance in the same way as when booking by phone or in person.



Can I make bookings online for a friend or family member?
No. The individual member must be registered for online bookings and log in to the system for themselves.



How do I obtain a list of bookings I have made for the coming week?
You can click the link labelled “View My Bookings” to see a list of future bookings and their status (paid/unpaid etc). These may have been made online, by phone or in person.



How do I book an activity that doesn’t appear in the list of what’s available?
Not all our activities are available for online booking and if all available spaces in a class have been filled it will no longer show on the list. Please check with the centre hosting the class for availability and booking of activities that don’t appear in the list.



Can I print a confirmation of my booking to prove it has been made successfully?
If you wish you can print a copy of the confirmation e-mail you will receive, but you are NOT required to bring this with you when you come along to take part in the activity you’ve booked.
