GOOD NEWS!

 

From 28th March 2010 for a trial period, we will be running two extra classes at Glasgow Club Nethercraigs on a sunday morning.   These classes will run for an initial period of 6 weeks, to be extended if the classes are successful.

 

So why not come along and join us at the classes noted below:

 

Starting Sunday 28/03/2010

Body Attack Express 10.00am till 10.45am

Body Pump Express 10.45am till 11.30am.

Just a few yards from Corkerhill Railway Station and near Bellahouston Park and Cardonald College, Nethercraigs Sports Complex opened in 2005. It is the Glasgow Club's 18th centre.

The £3.4 million pound complex features state of the art facilities including grass and synthetic football pitches a skate park and athletics track.

The fitness suite has an extensive range of state-of-the-art gym equipment and our purpose built dance studio hosts a great range of fitness classes including the world-renowned Les Mills range. We also have an Activ8 gym specifically designed for kids aged 8-14.
