Fitness Testing

How fit are you?



Not sure if you are ready for Personal Training?


Then why not opt for a fitness test to assess your fitness levels to determine how fit you are.


Our Gym Team can assess your fitness and provide you with advice on how to make simple lifestyle changes that will help to improve your overall health and well-being.


 Your fitness test includes the following measurements:


  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Blood Pressure
  • Cardiovascular Fitness Test
  • Lung Efficiency – Peak Flow Test
  • Body Fat Perscentage
  • Flexibility
  • Strength

You will also receive an activity programme designed for 8-weeks that’s tailored to your individual needs. On completion of this programme, a further test will be carried out to measure and record improvements so you can really see the difference you've made.


This is the first step to changing your lifestyle and achieving the fitness goals you have always wanted!
