Community Health Walks
Walk Glasgow is a partnership project that aims to promote and develop walking opportunities across Glasgow. One of its roles is to work with local organisations to establish and support community health walks.
 |
A health walk is a FREE, short, gentle and friendly led walk up to two-and-a-half miles long for all ages and abilities. They are a great way to meet new people and take the first steps towards a healthier lifestyle. The walks are all led by trained volunteers. |
Why walk?
Walking is one of the easiest ways of getting active:
- it’s free
- it's easy

Walking regularly:
