What is shape up?


Shape Up is a 10 week diet and exercise programme designed to help you lose weight, feel great and look gorgeous.


The Shape Up team understand the hurdles that real women face when trying to lose weight so we have designed a simple but effective programme that will support you to become the person you want to be forever.


How does it work?


With Shape Up there is no counting points or checks or sticking to green and red days. We don’t tell you what to eat and when to eat it, and we certainly don’t tell you to give up chocolate, wine or any other of life’s little indulgences!

Instead, our Shape Up instructors will give you practical advice and support to help you change your eating habits, make positive choices and keep you motivated.


As part of your weekly workshop your friendly instructor will lead you through a fun group activity or challenge as well as recommending other activities to try out with your FREE Shape Up credit card to help you achieve your goals. You can use your credit card on an activity, at a time and in a Glasgow Club centre that suits you, making it flexible and easy to fit exercise into your routine.

How much does it cost?


The 10 week course costs from as little as £35 (for Glasgow Club members with a concessionary discount).
