Personal Training and Fitness Testing

 

Are you fed up with working out and not really seeing any difference? Then perhaps its time to try Personal Training!

 

Personal Training is an hour long session with one of our qualified fitness professionals to help guide and coach you to your health and fitness goals, whether that be weight loss, improve muscle tone, increase muscle mass, develop a specific rehabilitation programme or simply improve motivation to exercise.

 

Personal Training is available for all members and non-members and will allow you and your trainer to develop a bespoke training programme.

Fitness Testing

 

Not sure if you are ready for Personal Training?
Then why not opt for a fitness test to assess your fitness levels to determine how fit you are.

 

Our Gym Team can assess your fitness and provide you with advice on how to make simple lifestyle changes that will help to improve your overall health and well-being.

 

 Your fitness test includes the following:

• Resting Heart Rate
• Blood Pressure
• Cardiovascular Fitness Test
• Lung Efficiency – Peak Flow Test
• Body Fat Percentage
• Flexibility
• Strength

 

You will also receive an activity programme designed for 8 weeks that’s tailored to your individual needs. On completion of this programme, a further test will be carried out to measure and record improvements.
