The Main Hall on the ground floor is suitable for dinner parties, dinner dances, exhibitions, ceremonies and receptions for up to 300 guests.
The Main Hall can offer guests the opportunity to admire stunning architecture and many traditional features. It is also regularly used as a venue for exhibitions, book, antique and stamp fairs.

The Conference Centre provides a 400-seater auditorium and can be combined with three adjacent breakout spaces (see Moir/Dyer/Simpson Rooms) to create a dynamic and compact conference venue.
The Conference Centre is also a popular choice for product launches and larger business meetings.

The Moir/Dyer/Simpson Rooms offer three, linked meeting, breakout or workshop areas and are often used in conjunction with the Conference Centre.
They can also be hired individually for smaller meetings of between 25 and around 100 people.

The Blythswood, Fairfield, Jeffrey, Burns and Stirling Rooms each offer a more traditional setting and are suitable for smaller board meetings, presentations and talks for between 10 and 100 people.
