Glasgow seeks a Head Swim Coach to lead the implementation and delivery of the City of Glasgow Swim Team pathways programme for talented young swimmers, and to support the Performance Swim Coach in the creation of a world-class training environment within the club towards 2012/2014.  In addition to a track record of producing swimmers to National/International level you will have experience of managing a team of swim coaches and have the ability and skills necessary to effectively manage the day-to-day running of the coaching programme across a number of swimming pools within the city. Glasgow seeks a Performance Coach to lead and direct the City of Glasgow Swim Team programme and performance outcomes towards 2012/2014.  You will ensure swimmers have the opportunity to succeed at the highest level by creating a performance environment that contributes to the success of Glasgow, Scotland and Britain on the world stage.  Further, you will be a strategic thinker, with extensive knowledge of performance development and current experience of coaching world-class swimmers. Minimum UKCC Level 3/Equivalent is essential. The post will also be required to take an active role within the Scottish National Programme and will attract remuneration from Scottish Swimming in addition to the headline salary.
